Spring Oolong grows at lower elevations than our Mountain Oolong. The tea leaves are harvested in the spring season when the new growth of the tea plant is the freshest. This results in a tea that has a light and delicate flavor with subtle floral notes. The leaves are handpicked and carefully processed to bring out the best of the tea’s natural flavor and aroma.

This tea has a bright, fresh taste and is perfect for those who prefer a milder tea. It is also great for those who are new to oolong teas. Our Spring Oolong is a perfect tea for relaxation and rejuvenation. It is rich in antioxidants and has many health benefits including boosting the immune system and aiding digestion.

In Taiwan, Oolong tea is enjoyed in traditional tea ceremonies where it is served in small cups and enjoyed slowly. It is also enjoyed as an everyday drink and is often paired with food to bring out the best of its flavour.

INGREDIENT
Pure hand-rolled Oolong Tea

ORIGIN
Taiwan

BREWING SUGGESTION
1 tsp/cup ~ 70ºC ~ 3 min

Place 1 teaspoon of tea per 240 ml cup into an infuser. Add filtered hot water and allow to infuse for 3 minutes. Do not pour boiling water. Strain the tea and serve. May be re-steeped twice.

Tea Maker’s note: To brew it the traditional way, ‘rinse’ the tea leaves with hot water for 5 seconds before steeping for the first time. This processed is used to wake up the leaves and get more aroma from the first infusion.

* Our organic teas are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, harmful to the environment and potentially hazardous to human health. By choosing organic, you can enjoy a healthier and more environmentally friendly beverage while supporting sustainable farming practices.
